REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or give refunds on any orders that are made in error by the consumer.
If you make an error or request a change once your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been made or marked as complete, we may be able to rectify your order or provide an alternative, however we cannot guarantee that we can change/
refund your order, subject to order process.
You must ask for ingredient lists or about allergen information if you have any dietary requirements or allergens, we cannot be accept returns or provide refunds if this is not checked or we are not informed before ordering.

We do not accept any returns on any products that have been opened, due to food hygiene and health and safety of selling goods that are to be consumed. We cannot risk any contamination to any of the goods sold.

We cannot provide refunds on any orders that are failed to be collected once marked as complete if you no longer need the item or the event has passed if we have met the specified collection date.

Refunds may be provided if there is an issue with your delivery, such as a lost or damaged parcel

For any deliveries that are damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery notification and provide evidence of delivery and images of any damages to us at grandadjimsleyland@outlook.com

We cannot guarantee any refunds for any delayed parcels as these are sent using a tracked service not a special gauranteed delivery. We use a tracked 24 or 48 service, however the shipping company states that deliveries can take up to 10 working days, after this time we are able to make a claim if the parcel has not been delivered after this timeframe.

Please note that some stock can vary from images of products on our website, there is no guarantee that you will receive exactly as pictured as stock varies.

If required, you must notify us of any allergens/dietary requirements upon placing your order.
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements and would like full ingredients lists on any products, please do contact us.
